The Villa need some serious maintenance and shouldn’t be offered to public yet. It’s Dirty and not an ideal place to stay. I booked the Villa because it looks nice in the picture, but once I was there it’s nothing like the picture. It’s the complete opposite. So I was offered to move to the other villa which is way in slightly better condition than this villa. Also this villa located in a very narrow street so big cars will have difficulty to find parking spot, the spot in the villa isn’t compatible with big car as well. The only pro is the staffs will respond quickly to your needs. Allamanda Villa was our selection to host our wedding guests. We also held a pre-wedding pool-side party before the official wedding ceremony. I have communicated our needs for the pool-side party, the villas, the actual ceremony day a few months prior to our arrival with the hotel general manager Agung. Agung and his team of butlers have been extremely helpful in making sure that my event was successful, and made sure that my guests had a great time. We booked two four bed villas, a premium 3 bed villa and the rest hotel rooms in the main Kubu resort. Agung upgraded two of those rooms to a 2 bed villa too. The main group stayed for 4 days 3 nights and I stayed for 7 nights for preparation of the wedding. Pool-side party We wanted to host a barbecue pool-side party by the pool. We offered Agung a budget to work within while he sorted that out with a restaurant nearby, offering free flow of barbecued food for 3 hours by the villa. The butlers helped to grill the food by the pool. The wedding guests had a great time splashing in the private pool and I can't thank the team enough. The rooms Since we were paying for all the guests for 3 nights we are on a tight budget. The room quality in the premium villa is slightly nicer than the 4 bed villas. We also like the main Kubu resort rooms. Best service that Agung's butlers offer was the cleaning of our couple's room in the premium 3 bed villa prior to our Chinese tea ceremony in the morning. They even bought some roses just to make sure that there are petals on the bed. Can't recommend enough. The only downsides are on the slightly-dated facilities and attention to details while cleaning. More attention to detail while cleaning the rooms would be even better, but the rooms were immediately cleaned after we talked to the butlers. Once the doors and locks in the premium 3-bed are repaired to good order, I think they could command for even higher room rates, because the private pool and the huge couple's room bathroom could definitely worth the price. The breakfast The breakfasts were made-to-order the night before. After trying the entire menu since we stayed there for a week, our favourite has been mee goreng and banana juice. If you stay at Kubu Resort's main rooms, the breakfast is served in their mini canteen. In the villas, the breakfast is delivered. There were times that I was so busy in preparing for the wedding, and their butlers helped me to wrap the breakfast. Coffee, tea or juice must be ordered too. One time my husband was hungry and they made two sets of eggs for him. Excellent service. Overall, having Allamanda Villa as our wedding guests' villa is definitely a good choice. The pool-side party was one of the highlights of our wedding. Our guests' feedback has been overwhelmingly positive regarding the pool-side party. It is great that the villa allows you to party at night because a lot of other hotels wouldn't allow. But when I tell you they took care of all concerns EXPEDITIOUSLY I mean just that! We left the property to explore the city and came back to a spotless villa and a new couch lol we were unsure if we came back to the correct villa we had to double check!!!! When I say literally ANY issue we had was addressed immediately I mean it... From random geckos to multiple mosquitoes they took care of every need which is why I rated it 5 stars! The private pool is amazing and always clean they clean it every morning! The butlers are good cooks the nasi goreng and the omelette was the freaking best!!!! I can’t say enough the only complaint I definitely would have is about the flooring in the bathroom. They need to be upgraded they look dirty even when cleaned because they’re old. I and my fiancée stay and celebrate our honeymoon for 5 nights here. We stayed in 1 bedroom villa with private pool. We loved the room ambience, its natural surroundings by a lush green tropical garden. The bathroom was very elegant with luxury amenities. They give complete utensils in the kitchenette, we rarely have seen this in other villas. Their breakfast is set menu and can be served in the room with no additional cost. We do appreciate our Butlers “Putu” who are provided with a yummy breakfast every morning with charming Smile and always an extra mile effort, We tried all variation from Indonesia, continental, American even Balinese one. They have afternoon tea that gives you some Balinese sweet, tea and coffee or even Juices as your preferences. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the Butlers who went above beyond.
